A little disclaimer before I start on this. Just in case someone gets the knee jerk reaction that I’m doing all of this illegally. When the reality is I’m doing this to educate myself and others.

I do not post content related to picking locks or cracking safes that I either don’t own or have the owner’s permission to do either.

With that out of the way. Lock picking has been one of those hobbies I put down and pick up frequently. It was more fun when my grandfather was still alive because he would challenge me telling me I couldn’t pick this or that. When he died. Without someone to challenge me. I put down the hobby for a while.

Just recently I’ve started shifting back into lock picking. Safe cracking is less frequent and seems to come into the picture by accident. But, lock picking will always be an affordable hobby to keep. Along with bypassing/jimmying cars. It’s something people only need when they really need it. So I probably wont post about these things very often.

I’m considering posting these coupled with a YouTube & Rumble account. Just so it’s proven that I can pick the lock. Each YouTube video will have a post on this site providing a further explaination of the lock being picked. Along with options on how to either bypass or pick the lock.

The idea behind this is to spread awareness on various locks so lock making companies don’t get to comfortable making mediocore locks. With that may come with it’s own challenges. But, let’s face it. If I can pick the lock. The only thing that should be held accountable is the entity that designed it, mass produced it, and provided it to the public to provide a false sense of security.

That doesn’t mean certain locks will keep people out. It just means they aren’t as secure as advertised. Locks on something generally mean, “Stay out.” But, crimminals normally don’t play by those rules. So, the general public deserve to be provided an evaluation on the lock they may be buying and make an educated descision based on an objective source.

I may research how to key my own locks as well and document the process within these notes as well. It just depends on what I want to write about.

So, in conclusion I will start making some content related to lock picking, safe cracking, and locksmithing. I’ll provide the research on different locks and safes as I review them and will provide YouTube/Rumble videos on picking them.
